Coaching Services

Coaching is increasingly recognised as a key support for leaders, offering a safe space, a sounding board, and pro-active help in finding ways forward in challenging work situations.

Our chief coach, Sarah Lewis, is a chartered occupational psychologist who has been providing coaching services to individuals, groups and organizations in many different contexts for over 30 years.

With a particular interest and skill in appreciative coaching, and strengths-based approaches to coaching, she is experienced in performance, executive, mediation, team, and developmental coaching in national and international contexts, as well as integrating ad hoc coaching sessions in management and leadership development programmes.

She has developed the PRISM coaching approach based on positive psychology, appreciative inquiry and systemic consulting.

She is qualified in various psychometrics that are sometimes used to enhance the development experience and has also trained others in coaching skills, particularly strengths-based coaching and appreciative coaching.

We are flexible in our approach to coaching, offering face to face, remote or hybrid. We do recommend though, a minimum commitment of 6 sessions in the first instance.

I found our coaching session the other day extremely useful and put the ideas we developed into practice both in a project meeting and in a colleague meeting. I used Appreciative Inquiry as we discussed and it was magical. The results were unbelievable.

Sarah’s questions are incisive and pertinent: they took me to the heart of the issues I was grappling with and enabled me to see new possibilities and new ways of using existing skills, while making me more self-aware and confident.
